    12 Mile Family Ride
    Our Family Ride will take you
    through the Smithfield Historic
    District with a stop at the 1750
    Courthouse. A self-guided tour
    features historic homes and the
    newly refurbished Isle of Wight
    Museum which highlights the
    history of this charming town.

    35 Mile Experienced Ride
    Our 35 mile ride features a stop
    at Fort Huger, the gateway to
    the Confederate Capital. Take
    the docent led walking tour
    through the trails, see the
    cannons mounted along the
    edges of the fort and view the
    James River Ghost Fleet.

    50 Mile Expert Ride
    Those seeking a longer ride will
    visit Chippokes Plantation, one
    of the oldest working farms in
    the U.S. and a living historical
    exhibit. The plantation grounds
    are home to the Chippokes
    Mansion and the Farm and
    Forestry Museum.

Hams – Begin your ride in  Smithfield, VA, world-renowned for its
hams - dry-cured, salted, smoked and aged. Love those ham
biscuits!

History – Our Bike Tour lets you experience three significant
historic sites that date back to Colonial times. Details at right.

Hospitality – Join us for a beautiful bike ride through the back
roads of Isle of Wight and Surry Counties to historic sites and cap it
off with a lunch with friends in Historic Downtown Smithfield.

HeArt – Tour the Arts Center @ 319 and its current show
Amanda Outcult and Friends, young emerging artists who paint
women in everyday settings - with a whimsical element added.
